Alexandra LOUISON

Having expatriated to the South of France 12 years ago but originally from the Loire region, it is with great pleasure that I take part in competitions in my native region whenever the opportunity arises! This was the case last Sunday at the Lac du Bouchet Triathlon. It was my first time participating in this competition and I hope it won't be my last, as I fell in love with the simple, generous and incredibly friendly organisation!

I love sport, I love triathlon, I love the values of humility, sharing and determination that this discipline conveys. Your competition met my criteria ;-)!

It's a wonderful event, the countryside is superb and the roads of Haute Loire are quiet, which is very pleasant when cycling! Having 150 volunteers at the race is exceptional for a small organisation like yours, WELL DONE!

I would like you to pass on my congratulations and thanks to your organising team and volunteers. Whether before, during or after the race, athletes had all the information they needed to ensure the event ran smoothly, which was much appreciated.

I would also like to highlight your cheerful disposition and down-to-earth nature. I enjoy exercising in this peaceful and joyful environment... while savouring the delicious products of this beautiful region. Thank you for the lentils, honey and other delicacies from the Haute Loire region ;-)!
