Article 1 – Organization
The Triathlon and SwimRun are organized by the association “RESPIR.”

Article 3 – Presentation of the races
The SwimRun consists of a series of swimming and running sections, without stopping the clock and is completed in one go by teams of two persons.
Article 4 – Registration procedures

To register, each competitor must provide:
For triathlon license holders: a federal triathlon license.
For non-triathlon license holders:

The organizers reserve the right to refuse registration in case of doubt.
Article 5 – Fees, dates, and registration deadlines
The number of participants is limited to 100 teams.
Article 6 – Refund terms and dates
Registration is definitive and fees paid will not be refunded, except for medical reasons (only upon presentation of a medical certificate) or other serious reasons deemed valid by the organizers.
In the event of forfeiting, race numbers cannot be resold for reasons of liability and insurance.
Article 7 – Competitor categories and rankings
All SwimRun participants are grouped into pairs:
Men, Women, and Mixed. They must pass all checkpoints and the finish line together.
Timing is from the start line to the finish line for both team members.
There will be no rankings by category.
Article 8 – Equipment provided by the Organization
Before the start of the race, each competitor may, if they wish, leave their belongings in a closed bag at the start/finish area. A label numbered to match your race number will be given to you when you collect your race number. You must attach it to a handle of your bag so that it can be easily identified by the volunteers who will return it to you after the event.
Provided to each team and to be returned to the organization at the finish line: 1 timing chip.
Provided by the organization to each competitor: 1 swimming cap, 1 whistle.

Mandatory equipment checks will be carried out at the start to verify that each competitor has the required equipment. The organizers may also carry out random checks at any time during the event.
Article 10 – Checkpoints / Time barriers
Checkpoints are located along the course and are mandatory check-in points for competitors.
There will be no time barriers for this edition.
Any pair that has not followed the route planned by the organizers at the checkpoints will be disqualified.
Article 11 – Abandonment
Any competitor who withdraws must have their race number invalidated at the nearest checkpoint (or marshals) and hand over their race number and chip so that it can be neutralized.
Failure to do so will result in the organizers declining all responsibility for any consequences that may arise (e.g., search and rescue operations) and, furthermore, the organizers reserve the right to refuse the competitor's registration for future editions.
WARNING: Never leave the race without having your race number invalidated. Your absence at the end of the event will result in a search to find you. The costs incurred will be borne by the competitors.
Article 12 – The course
The race route is marked and must be followed in its entirety. Failure to do so will result in the team being disqualified.
Participants may explore the course before the race, but must respect the areas crossed.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the course at any time without prior notice.
Article 13 – Medical Assistance
A multidisciplinary medical team, set up by the organizers, will be present on site.
It will provide medical assistance to competitors. It may immediately notify the organizers if a competitor is unfit to continue the event.
Article 14 – Insurance
The organizers have taken out F.F.Tri approval for the event, as well as civil liability insurance for third parties and competitors, which means that any damage suffered by the latter is caused by the organizer's fault.
Each team member must have valid civil liability insurance.
The organizers are not liable for withdrawals or disqualifications due to missed checkpoints, medical decisions, or other decisions made by the organizers.
Article 16 – Assistance provided by the organization during the event
Competitors will have access to at least one refreshment station along the course and one at the finish line, provided by the organizers.

The registration fees will not be refunded, and no claims or liability can be held against it.

There is a €10 surcharge for registrations on the day of the events.
This surcharge is applied in order to meet the deadlines required for the organization (safety, number of meals, referees, refreshments, volunteers, etc.).
